What is Honda and Acura Flasher
Honda and Acura Flasher is an OBD2 ROM Editor and CAN BUS flashing tool which lets you edit
the features of your ECM (and possibly of the others modules aswell, like TCM/VSA modules).

Some Fake Tactrix Openport 2.0 will not output 5V on the Pin#12 at the OBD2 Connector.
Programming (flashing) will not works for some fake tactrix.
Make sure you order the correct fake one if you decide to go the cheaper route!

Firmware files (.rwd|.gz) can be obtained HERE or when downloading HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) software from others websites and look inside the installation folder of 'J2534 Rewrite software' which is generally installed while installing HDS on the pc.
Firmware files (.rwd|.gz) can be converted to a decrypted ROM file (.bin) and you can modifiy the .bin on your own. You can later remake a new encrypted firmware (.rwd|.gz) *NOT REQUIRED* from the previously modified .bin and FLASH the modified file to the ECU
ROM Editor Notes:
The Rom Editor is working with 'Definitions' files, these files are currently under development.
Definitions files are *.txt files that can be edited with a notepad.
Somes parameters and tables can possibly displays unknown values as their mathematical functions
or addresses locations may not fully be implemented yet. The definitions files will eventually have more parameters and tables added to them as the progress goes on with the software.

IT'S COMPATIBLE FOR FLASHING BUT NOT READING?
You don't need to Read the ECM to obtain the ROM .bin
You can simply create a new file in the Software and use the file with your ECM part number,
this file will be the original file from your ECM (identical).
You can flash the original or modified file to your ECM directly.
